Only a little over two weeks left until the Haunted bundle launches!
The stories in this bundle are, of course, related to ghosts, hauntings, and other spooky things. Here’s a tiny peek at a few of the authors who have stories in this bundle.
Steve Vernon, the “master of the booga-booga,” has published a number of ghost – and monster – stories set in or near Nova Scotia.
P.D. Cacek, who has won both the Bram Stoker and World Fantasy awards, combined an older tale of hers with a new one to create a story within a story for the bundle, and the result is beautiful and haunting.
Dayle A. Dermatis‘ story includes an interview with Dayle about writing her story, and about her own paranormal experiences.
And Rosie and Jasper can’t wait for me to read them J.A. Campbell’s story about Brown, the ghost hunting border collie. 🙂
I have a few more things to prep for the Haunted bundle’s launch, but it’s in pretty good shape. The Faerie Summer bundle, which launches May 1st, is next up. My as-yet-untitled manuscript for that bundle is about 5,000 words right now, and while I do need to make a few changes, they’re pretty minor. The biggest challenge is going to be to come up with a good title.
It’s a jam-packed week, so I’m going to do my best to plow through my list and hope I’m able to make a dent. 🙂
And most important of all, today is Jasper’s Gotcha Day!!!
Four years ago my friend Kristin and I drove 8 hours to Omaha, Nebraska to get Jasper from the Nebraska Border Collie Rescue group. I didn’t know I’d turn around and drive to Salt Lake to adopt Rosie 11 months later, but I’m so glad I did. They love each other to pieces. Hooray!!!
